Utilizing the data from the audit, we were able to strategize and implement a turnkey solution for the repair facility and also the corporate office space. We installed new efficiency HID lighting in the repair facility and new lighting throughout the corporate offices. We were able to obtain over $62,000 in incentives from national grid. We were also able to increase lumens in the repair facility and accomplish their goal in reducing over 262,000 of their annual KWH equating to an annual cost reduction of just under 40%. Our customer will reap the benefit of a 2.9 year payback.
