Northern Energy Services Inc. has been qualified through a competitive bid process to be a Project Expeditor for National Grid and a Municipal & Express Vendor for NStar. Utilizing their programs, Northern Energy Services Inc. is employed to provide turnkey services for all efficiency projects that satisfy the utilities' applications and programs.

These programs have been created to aid customers by pre-qualifying vendors. The object of these programs is to ensure that the vendor is a business in good standing and able to perform all the functions of an energy service company.

Project Expeditors and Municipal & Express Vendors are energy efficiency providers that: conduct energy audits under the Large Commercial & Industrial, Municipal, and Custom programs; identify, analyze, and recommend energy efficiency measures; order and deliver products; install energy efficiency measures; and perform various administrative and project management functions. Such functions include, but are not limited to:

• Completing Applications Electronically
• Customer Approvals/Authorizations
• Installation
• Quality Control/Technical Review
• Payment Processing
• Material and Labor Warranties
